02Personal Data We Process
- Identity and contact
- name, e-mail address, phone number and company name (via contact forms, quotation requests, phone and e-mail correspondence and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead forms).
- Request details
- the subject, message content and product/service preferences you share in forms and messages.
- Transaction security
- IP address, browser and device information, date/time of visits and website log records.
- Marketing
- website usage and advertising interaction data obtained through cookies and similar technologies (only if you give consent).
03Purposes of Processing
- To receive and assess your quotation, information and service requests and to contact you,
- To carry out tower crane sales, technical service and spare parts processes,
- To keep the website secure and to fulfil legal obligations,
- With your consent: to measure advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.), show advertising relevant to your interests and analyse website performance.
04Legal Grounds
Under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quotation and sales processes), necessary to fulfil a legal obligation (e.g. log records under Law No. 5651) and necessary for our legitimate interests (responding to your request, website security), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Marketing and advertising cookies and advertising measurement requiring transfer abroad rely on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the KVKK; you may withdraw your consent at any time.
05Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically and partly by automated means through the forms on our website, e-mail, telephone, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ads and cookies.
06Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with our group companies (Arnikon Mühendislik, Arnikon Crane Technique), suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and IT services, and public authorities legally entitled to request it. Within the scope of advertising and measurement services, data may be transferred to service providers whose servers are located abroad, such as Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Google, under the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK or on the basis of your explicit consent.
07Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation/retention periods set by the applicable legislation; at the end of that period it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
08Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
By applying to our Company, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
09How to Apply
You may submit your requests in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to the address above, via our registered e-mail (KEP) address kulekonkulevinc@hs01.kep.tr, or from the e-mail address registered in our systems to info@kulekon.com.tr. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
